Weddings at Adler Planetarium

About

The Adler Planetarium is a public museum in Chicago, Illinois, dedicated to astronomy and astrophysics. It was founded in 1930 by local businessman Max Adler. Located on the northeastern tip of Northerly Island on Lake Michigan, the Adler Planetarium was the first planetarium in the United States.

View from a Wedding Photographer

The Adler Planetarium is such a unique venue for a wedding. It offers a multitude of options for creative images, both inside and out. You also get one of the best skyline views of Chicago from here so there is so much that you can do photography wise when getting married at the Adler. I recommend setting aside one hour for just bride and groom portraits to really take advantage of the scenery. Plus another 15 to 30 minutes for night time portraits, which is a must, especially here! And first dance under the moon?! Just breathtaking!
